After 3 days, the rain and the high winds have finally stopped. The wind is still more than just ‘breezy’ but it’s not prohibitive any longer. The sun is shining, and I’m gearing up to spend a day outside inspecting the garden (I hope there’s not too much damage) and progressing with some of the many projects underway.
While I do this, I thought you might like to see the photos I took of the wild plant life on the moor. In line with the nature of moorland, everything is at a low level – heather isn’t a tall growing plant, and the moor is mainly heather, grasses and reeds (along shorelines). But, everything has its beauty and I hope these photos can convey some of it to you. Enjoy!
The tranquility!!!! Aaaaahhhhh….bliss in picture form
It can be peaceful and mind-settling that’s for sure! Aside from the stalker flies of course! 🙂
